Why should it be accepted:
Okay, we've been seeing that roleplay is dead in lsrcr .At this point, 80 percent of the players and most of the administrators might not give a shit about roleplay. At first, when I joined the server I though I could get both the experiences of roleplaying and a cops and robbers at the same time.I did get it, as time passed by roleplay started becoming more dead and dead. Now we're at the point where people don't even care.As, once energ said in a post that, he opened this server so that he could have fun,with cops and robbers as well as roleplay that's why the name stands for Los Santos Roleplay, Cops and Robbers. I feel this the staff team has neglected roleplaying game-play a bit. Due to this reason, when roleplay was alive the played base was at 80-90 now it's 40-50 also the fact comes into play that samp is a dead game. So, after roleplay was dead and as it is still dead, what has the staff team done about it ? I believe it would be some mere changes only .Anyways, let's talk about why has roleplay died ? In my point of view, I'd say roleplay has been dead but not eradicated totally. I'd say it has been suppressed totally by the new/old cop-hunting groups and also the negligence of the admin team . Tho, I don't blame them. As it is dead, no one gives a shit. For Eg: The current state of Pagati is pretty bad, The staff team haven't done anything or taken any actions.On the other hand, If the armmy was inactive like Pagati, there would be a huge issue and it would be fixed right away.I don't blame any admins or any other individuals and because there's no authority to do so and to make roleplay effective in lsrcr I've got suggestion. It is listed below.

>Add a additional administrative rank called Roleplay administrators: This rank will consist of 3-5 active members , who've got the perfect knowledge of roleplay. What'll they do, They'll look into the roleplay issues of the server. For Eg: The current state of pagati, Lack of roleplayers in the serve etc. They can motivate/teach people/newbies to roleplay. They can create roleplay events between factions. For Eg: Pagati want to roleplay robbing a bank who do they roleplay with? The roleplay administrator creates a event between Pagati and SWAT where SWAT interferes them and roleplays with them at a bank robbery.This will help newbies also, and more the newbies learn more the player base is increasing. I believe there's an active staff of the community nowdays. Involving people who're interested in this field would be easy also.

>Why is this rank necessary ?: Let's be honest here, I'd use /adm and ask an admin to help me with a roleplaying event , as roleplaying event takes time atleast 2 hours. He'd not be interested in it or he'd be busy . He would rather play as SWAT/ARMY. As, if we've the designated ranks for it, it'll be more easy and accessible to roleplay. His only task would be to take a look at roleplaying problems/creating roleplaying events/teaching people etc. He'd look into roleplaying issues that is being faced by the server. Someone is bitching you while we're roleplaying, an admin won't be there 24/7 spectating us. If there's an roleplay administrator it'll be more easy and very effective.

>Has this been implemented before and active was it ?: Yes, it has been kind of implemented before. Pagati Don always used to be an adminstator to make roleplay easier but in this case, roleplay administrators should be different. Pagati's don should focus on Pagati's work only. The other roleplaying issues should be looked out by this admin team.

>This roleplay administrators team should be active, very much and should be motivated to bring back roleplay. Also, they should give full authority to control roleplay situations/leadership of roleplaying factions/roleplaying events etc.It's like a separate administration department.

>Why's this necessary for the server? : Now this totally depends upon a persons perspective. If you like how's the server going on then it's fine for you but the fun that this server used to have, while having both roleplaying and cops and robbers experience was different. It was quiet unique and it was quiet effective and fun as well. I think this will definitely help the server to grow a little bit, where people enjoy both the gameplay at the same time very easily without and flaws. If you like my ideas, feel free to add some of yours down below.

I understand your issue, but the players who currently are active and play LSRCR, can barely understand basic English, its because they are too young to be playing this game, we can't stop them from playing this game. How do you plan on roleplaying with someone who can't even speak English? You can't teach them English through a game. Actually you can, but they are interested only in cophunting, nothing you can do about that. I personally do not like roleplaying, but some people do, all you could do is gather any and every player who likes to RP and roleplay with him since its impossible to get the 'old lsrcr roleplay: back since people before were old and knew English, also they were interested in roleplaying, but those players have now left lsrcr and roleplay doesn't attract anyone. Its not anyone's fault that roleplay isn't popular anymore, just current situation which you sadly can not help.

As,I said it depends upon someones perspective. I am not saying teach each and everyone how to roleplay, let people play their game but those who’re interested can definitely improve from this. As we cannot bring back the old roleplaying days but we can try to get it back. So, why hasn’t roleplay attracted people ? I’ll give an example, because no one roleplays. if you make a IG event where pagati is robbing a bank and only roleplayers have access to it. The people around would certainly be interested. We aren’t making any efforts, so no one is interested. Another example: Sunday used to take 8 cars loaded with Pagati men to Army base, after that we used to have 4-5 interested people to join pagati, seeking to learn roleplay. Let’s say we’ve got 50 players at-least there are 25 who can speak decent english. Let’s say there’re 7 people interested in roleplying, where do they go. Roleplaying groups are dead, then they’ll focus on other areas and stuffs. If there were roleplaying administrators. It would make a good chance they would learn roleplay and enjoy both the gameplay of roleplay as well as cops and robbers. Anyways, this is what I think. Glad to hear your point of view.

The issue you're addressing is indeed there, and it's being worked on as we speak. But as we've seen practically nothing but comforting words and nice promises, I'm a bit sceptic as we've had the "we'll get back active" talk with the PG leadership quite a couple of times without any results.

However, I don't believe your suggested solution is what'll solve the issue, so -1 on the suggestion.

-1 i dont like roleplaying and no one does it too. Its too boring. Bring some entertainment in it and people would love to do it. Not like opening the boot of the car etc. Remove pagati.

That’s why there should be some roleplay administrators so that we can host some epic roleplaying tasks.

But dude, you need to realize that the thing that why is it inactive? Cophunting was also from begining. Right? So why only one of them being inactive? Its totally based on liking. You can add roleplaying admins but that will not change public's intrest. Those who will cophunt will do the same. The thing is that we should move up and be upgraded. You can't force anyone to roleplay. You've seen the declining level of interest for roleplaying and its because they might like something else more than it.
I believe all this pagati and roleplay stuff is still their in our community because "roleplay" is in the name of thr server. Because I don't think so their is even much population who perform rp on regualr basis.

Cophunting was actually punishable until (I guess?) 2015-2016.
The downfall of roleplay (and Pagati) is indeed partially due to the rise of the TDM gameplay we're used to today. However, I still believe that the majority of the reason roleplay isn't around much is due to the lack of leadership in roleplay-based groups/Pagati.

That’s why there needs to be certain someone who looks over the issue and maintains the integrity of the server. Well, to be true this administrator won’t harm any game-play of others, it’s just to enhance roleplay and roleplaying activities. So, let’s say Pagati is active with 15 members online. There’re very few people who can create a roleplaying situation, if someone helps with the leadership as well becomes a huge help at roleplaying factor it’s a win win. I think you also might’ve faced this, if there’s only one faction alive, you need some very skilled people to divide each and everyone’s task. This topic sure is debatable, as I said majority of people don’t give a shit about roleplay but the theme that this community has promised us should be maintained and to maintain that I think roleplay administrators should be added.
