Looking for a realistic war game

Is there a very realistic war game like 100 vs 100 or something; and if you get 1 shot you die, medic men, etc?
If there is one, mention it's name. It is preferable to be an online game

Note: Please do NOT say PUBG because I don't even consider it realistic war because it only contains squad full of 4 players only. I need like 50vs50, 100vs100, etc.

If you're looking for a truly realistic war game, try Arma 3. CoD and BF aren't even remotely realistic if you compare it to Arma.

it's not 100 vs 100 , but if you like special ops , you would LOVE this game franchise
