You have re-applied earlier. Mr.Killer told you to re-apply after 2 weeks which means you were supposed to re-apply on 09-July-2019.
However I will give you a chance and not increase your re-applying date because Mr.Killer didn't write the exact date to make it easy for you.
You can re-apply on 09-July-2019 and not before it.
