Special Tactics And Rescue Squad: Better know as STARS, the Special Tactics And Rescue Squad is the elite police unit not in weapon skills, or ability to bring down high risk suspects but in high risk operations and rescues. STARS is perfect for special operations too big for normal LSPD officers, but not dirty enough to warrant sending in the SWAT team. So what exactly do we do?
Roadblocks
Escorting of VIPs, criminals, or precious cargo
Assist in high risk situations
Provide medical help to officers in situations too dangerous for a normal paramedic to enter
Rescue of civilians and officers from a variety of situations
Search and rescue
Auxiliary assist
Investigations
General police work
Current rules of STARS:
Follow all server rules.
Do NOT ever DM. You'll get one warning for purposeful DM, then a kick. We do NOT fire unless the suspect fires first!
Treat everyone, member, civilian, LEO, and criminal with respect and dignity.
Learn proper police codes and tactics. Don't worry, we hold classes.
Remember we are an RP style police force. So stay in character at all times.
