Crescendo Rascals was founded somewhere in Las Venturas and it was the most wealthiest family before, they keep on robbing the bank, casinos, robbing business including the privates one, they were ruling the whole city and consider it as their territory, they got their own luxury car and their weapons are so high-tech, and until one day some of their member betrayed them and snatch half of the money in the vault, and burned the base while the boss is not around, and starting from that day the Crescendo Rascals is slowly getting out of cash in their remaining vault, and until the remaining members have left the family due to they aren't getting any allowance anymore, so the boss was hopeless and he thought he got nothing left but it's a good thing that he remembered something about his house in Commerce, he's planning to rebuild the family again and take out those who betrayed the family.
