I've been here over a month with daily hour long play. I might be new, but it doesn't mean I am stupid and don't know anything about the server. Plus, I've been playing SAMP since 2008. Don't act like I'm a retarded child.

Big deal bomb disabled your weapon, so what? Just switch to another one, no problem for me. What I would like to see implemented is that bomb can't be used on one suspect ("There aren't enough suspect to detonate bomb"). It's just unskilled imo. I mean, use /taze in right moments and you can easily avoid shocks, cuff range is big enough and I really don't see how this would cause a problem for skilled swat member. Also range in height is still ridicilous - just the other day I was shooting (was solo) swat car (3 swats, 2 cops with them, and one solo cop after me) and they decided to detonate bomb. The place this happened was commerece (next to little mexico) at yellow star, I was above tunnel, next to that ramp you can stunt from, and swats were down in tunnel. Can you imagine? That is way too much height range. If you didn't get me I can easily provide picture so you can actually see how big that range between me and them was.
Once again, I don't see a problem except the HEIGHT range and ability of use on one suspect.

What about completely removing the disarm, but in return increase taze time always by 0.75 seconds if the player being tazed is car surfing?

This would only apply to wanted players car surfing. I see someone suggested to only disarm the top players, which I agree would be more balanced.

I've literally never encountered it. I've never seen it. Never seen, heard, or knew it existed. I've been here a month.

If they don't go off that often, than near constant month long play can see one...then they don't need nerfed, given they aren't that common. Hell I rarely even see swat online.

I'm not trying to demean this topic, but this thing would have be used commonly in the first place to deserve a nerf.

It is something on which swat team depends.

Like army on tank....

To be fair to the Army....they are children who love to blow shit up. I've never seen one use a gun, it's all rockets, grenades, and hydras. Which is extremely accurate. Have you seen the US army? They blow up everything stupid enough to piss them off. I really hate to go hollywood on everyone, but this scene shows off the A-10 and C-130 in action very realistically. Remember, these planes really exist...

There is a difference between robbing shops and being criminal and fighting against cops. And maybe you didn't faced what we all did.
Did any swat member used swat bomb on you while you are solo ?
I guess you didn't and you might face it if you being active as Cophunter and amount of things a single bomb do is just that make it op.

You go to fight with SWAT while being wanted and you expect to beat them? SWAT is itself a "Special Weapons and Tactics" Read again and know the meaning of SWAT
I don't just rob shops and be criminal
I join up with ramdom people while being wanted and try to kill leos or i run away if i feel like i am gonna be rekt and i get arrested/killed too.It's part of a game. That's how criminals should be playing. They are leos for a reason and we are criminals for a reason.
