You still haven't answered my question - How does cop hunting gives score? Either reply with an answer to my question or post something that is in regards to the subject, don't come up with 'used to play for fun', etc.

Allowing it against single suspect is still pointless. Why have you even allowed it?

Reducing affects of shock bomb when it's used on solo is not a proper solution to counter it. Just disallow its usage. Don't you think you swat members are willing to fight 1vs1 ? And if they are not they shouldn't be a swat member.

Back then once bomb was used on me while I was solo and there were 3 swats. By allowing these things you are just making things easy for members and they want it too. I have literally not seen any swat member going against 1vs1 usage of swat bonb stuff. That shows they want to remain in advantage.

Both vortexes and mountain bikes are controversial vehicles so I don't really see a problem with this.

Not every criminal uses these both vehicles and one of them is donated so its presence is also less. There are techniques to counter it and they have roadblocks too and other swat items that can help to founter them. You thought of a circumstance but there are others too in which it's mostly abused.

Easier said than done. You don't just counter a mountain bike with a simple roadblock, considering the fact we're facing people with over 200 ping, let alone the shots that don't even register when we shoot them

I never said that cophunting gives you score. What I said that people don't understand the purpose of the game and, instead of playing for fun, they want every possible advantage to gain things (e.g. score) easier

First off, no real need to be rude here. The suggestion forum is for suggestions and polite discussion on why they would or would not be good additions to the game.

While you are right about not everyone having good internet, you're also kind of missing the obvious point of MOST PLAYERS not having good internet. You say ping problems don't always occur, and yet on a server with so many high ping users, you have exactly that, ping problems always occurring.

And we do have a major issue on the server right now of TryHardism where players care more about their score and KtD ratio than having fun. Now that alone is not a bad thing. Many people find it 'fun' to have a high score. Issue is these Try Hards do it at the expense of other players. What they find 'fun' other players find miserable. Few things are less fun than being orange because you accidentally robbed a store (I tried to aim at a user attempting to rob me and ended up robbing the store) and leaving to be executed via firing squad by 4 cops and an army soldier who were all piled on a single car blowing everyone to pieces. That's not FUN! And sadly, SWAT is the very definition of Try Hard. The issue is NOT in their tools or powers. It's in the users themselves who think it's ok to SWAT bomb a single user or do a 3v1. When we look at the suggestions, we now need to consider if said suggestion will give players a way to tryhard their was to higher scores by annoying everyone in the server.

Why is it not? Why would S.W.A.T. members waste their bombs on solo suspects if its effects are useless? I'm sure they are, but I do not believe that bombing solo suspects is a much as a problem as you claim for it to be. You should not be pointing out who can't or can be a SWAT member. You are not a SWAT leader.

The bombs effects would be more or less useless at that point. Just because you claim a bomb was used against you in a 1v3 decision, does not mean it should be forbidden. I really hope you are not basing all of your thoughts on a single situation where you were bombed in a 3v1 situation. Unless you were in a vortex or a mountain bike (which is a situation where they of course could use a bomb) I don't really see how the bomb makes any difference though. If they were 3v1, you would already be captured/dead.

What are you talking about abuse? Using bombs against solo suspects is not abuse. You cannot call things you disagree with abuse. We have already thought about these things, but clearly you haven't as there is no SWAT counter to mountain bikes. Roadblocks are more or less useless in this situation. Disappearing from the radar would be a waste of cooldown.

As I said, they are controversial vehicles and players have been bothered by these vehicles. Both vehicles have been suggested for removal, so for SWAT to have a way to deal with them is not controversial. We've made various efforts to reduce the amount of such vehicles in use, and this is one of them.

The majority of our current active players are from areas where they are likely to experience a higher ping.

No, you cannot roadblock a mountain bike. No player on a mountain bike would drive up to SWAT without preparing to jump or anything. They would all prepare for a bomb or road block. The fact is if you are able to catch a mountain bike with a roadblock, you probably didn't even need the roadblock to begin with.

Actually SWAT Bomb wasn't and isn't necessary for SWAT at all, First of all SWAT is team Faction with lot of special equipments.
Once SWAT comes chasing you or us, There's 99.9% chance of being dragged. If SWAT members are active and teaming up, In no time Server Civilians gets white and needs to wait for someone to commit crime again. So it doesn't balance the gameplay. Except SWAT Bomb, SWAT still has lot of advantages. So i just think something must be done here.

It wouldn't be necessary if there would be no black market. Personally I find army's tank wayyy more OP than SWAT bomb, if you know how to use it, then a group of cophunters don't stand a chance against it, but it doesn't send you to jail so people don't have problem with it, instead they say bomb is OP because it eventually results in them going to jail.
