There's already a /call (and /hangup) command for the animations, the rest that you're suggesting is so complex that only the advanced-RPers will be using it. Those same RPers with high skills levels also know how to use /pm, /w and /me in a way that it has practically the same effect.

From a developer's perspective, this adds very little actual functionality to the server and takes quite some work to implement. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against suggestions that promote and/or help RP, I'd even promote such suggestions. But this one simply isn't worth adding considering the actual functionality that it adds versus the work that it takes to make.
It's simply not worth it.

Thanks for your suggestion however. Consider it denied for now, but it might be looked into when we have less things to implement.
