Roleplay Character Forum Suggestion

Why should we accept this: The forums just got a complete overhaul, and many of the suggestions I've seen lately show the trend of returning to the roleplay side of the server. This has me excited, as I joined to roleplay, not TDM as the server has suffered lately. However, going through the forums I see very little character development area. And by little, I mean ZERO. We need a new section, with some of the following topics/areas:

-Characters: A simple place to post a description of your character. We have a 'meet the staff' and 'meet the players' section, but nothing for our characters.
-A bar: I've noticed almost every forum subsection has a 'bar' for people to converse, as ourselves. We need one for our characters to converse in as well.
-Ideas and help: Not everyone knows how to roleplay (or roleplay well) so this section would be entirely guides, tutorials, and ideas on how to be the best roleplayers we can be!
-Showcase: A place to post chats and screenshots of our characters doing whatever they do best. Have an ultracop show off his kill list, a criminal making a narrow escape, that sort of thing.

This is definitely not a bad idea, but taking into consideration that this is a very light role-play server, and that most players are not interested in role-playing I am not sure whether those sections will be used often enough or become fairly inactive after some point.

Some opinions on this would be great to see what others think.

I think this was suggested before. I would be down with this but as Mastro stated, its a very light RP server these days and I am not sure if it would be used as much.

Maybe if we add more RP elements to the game and forum, the RP would pick up. Many people come expecting roleplay, then find the TDM aspects of the server and find it a let down. WE need to add more RP things to increase the number of people RPing.
