First of all its not considered dming if its fist. Second of all I wouldn't say I was completely in the right for /rb'ing him but I would still appreciate if you completely talked to me first.


When I blocked him with an RB he had a c4. He escape abused again and made me jump down in the sewers. He got the worst of me and I am sorry for that.

Here I will quote the rules for you:

Use of melee weapons (excluding chainsaw) and/or fists to kill a player is allowed no matter what the case and thus, is not reportable as DM. However, constantly following a player to repeatedly melee (ram, heliblade, etc.) him to death will be counted as provoking/b*tching and will be handled as such.

I don't know what you have against me but I am not trying to defend the fact that I used the RB to block him. I started punching his car, drb'ed because I wanted to stop using that and I continued to explode his car.

Regarding the "DM" accusation, I will have to agree with Playa here, since use of fists to kick/kill someone is allowed, as long as you do not do it continiously, so I will disregard that part of the report.

However, /rb abuse in this case is pretty clear, and what Playa did is not allowed.
I am at least happy to see that he apologized, and owned up the fact that he made a mistake. But mistake is still a mistake, and because of this, Playa you will receive one warning attached to your S.W.A.T. account.

I can understand that this player frustrated you, and that you didn't see any other option but this one, in order to stop what he was doing, but still it was a wrong course of action. You are a well respected member of this faction, and you are a very good WO, lapse of judgement like this can happen to anyone, but I am sure you will not be making the same mistake in the future.
