Re- Allow to shock cop while Cuffed [DENIED]

I will try to summarize and answer most of the things listed in this topic.

Do you even guys know how it feels when you are among the 5 to 6 player wanted and having a blue tablist with 5 to 6 swat in it even a vortex is useless. You just get bombed and jacked boom cuffed dragged and ar even without doing nothing. Or even jacked by a simple cop where you get cuff and have no way to defend yourself. Playing as a leos its fun as it gives you several advantage, even i enjoyed it but playing as a criminal it sucks.

What you are saying here is that the server is full of LEOs and only 5-6 wanteds are present, then you are saying that the 5-6 crimes are unable to take down the LEOs so criminals are underpowered. Let's reverse the situation, only 5-6 LEOs and rest criminals, the LEOs won't stand a chance against that much amount of criminals (I am including SWAT/army/cops in LEOs), does that mean that LEOs are underpowered? No, its called being outnumbered, you simply can't expect to go to 3 cops and kill all of them, if you get arrested that doesn't mean cops are overpowered, you were simply outnumbered. Numerous times I have encountered extremely high criminal activity and minority of LEOs, the LEOs keep on dying and dying, I can say the same thing that have you ever got the feeling when you press tab full of red orange etc, it doesn't help the case.

It is unfair cause theres only 50% you can break the cuff then 50% can COPs can arrest too.
I can't explain easily but can't shocks while cuff is totally UNFAIR

Its not even 50% when you are not a con artist the chances to break cuffs are too low unless u have a cuff kit

These are CXdur's words;
"Bc chances are 0.25 by default. cuff kit gives plus 0.25 chance, con artist gives 0.25, 5k rob as con artist gives 0.25"

Just spawn as a con artist and you have 50% ability to break the cuffs already, numerically might not look like a lot, but in action it actually is very much. I play as a criminal too, and I can break 1 cuffs out of 2 on average (without cuff kit), which is a lot, and with cuff kit its like I can break then rapidly, only sometimes I fail (even with cuff kit). Now if you think 50%, or 75% chance to break the cuffs is low, then you can not be helped.

As Eternity said, that we (criminals) have to give a huge amount of 250k to refill the weapons rack. I have stated it many times, earning money as a criminal is extremely easy, 250k is nothing, can be made under 10 minutes. The thing is, when you 'cophunt' (which you shouldn't because criminals are supposed to do robberies and avoid cops, its actually opposite here), yeah, so when you cophunt, you are in a group of 5-6, and you all take weapons from the group rack, which results in decrement of weapon rack % really rapidly. You keep on dying, and taking the weapons from rack, you don't do any robberies and hence do not earn money, eventually the rack gets empty and you start complaining such a big amount. If, for example instead of doing your cophunt, your team decides to rob the bank, lets say only 2 people, you can make 400k just by robbing the bank (2 people), and refill the rack once, which is more than enough (100% rack) for 2 people. Its unfortunate that you think this of a TDM and just kill LEOs instead of doing robberies.

Beaten do you realize that criminal has to spend time in alca rather than leos who die and instantly spawn and go arrest back others and the server can be cleared like that.

Yeah I realize that, and you also realize that, yet you chose to play as a lone criminal amongst 10+ cops and except to kill all of them? Its not possible, and you technically shouldn't be hunting for cops, instead you should be escaping the cops and doing robberies, killing them if they chase you first. But nowadays people tend to literally go to cops with a vortex and try to shock kill 3+ cops and then they say cops are overpowered. Its just the same as you are first going in front of a lion and then complaining that why did it attack you.

Making proper suggestions is not crying but these types of suggestions is definitely crying for power

This sums up the massive issue with this service very nicely.Play to win, try hard, moron cophunting assholes who think it's a war. Do you know how La Cosa Nostra (The famous Italian Mafia) accomplished so much? How they rules entire cities without fear of judgement? How they made so many foundations here in the United States?

Smarts, money, and RESPECT. I have been asked how I got a 77 rob steak with three cops online, how I didn't get caught when I'm 'low level'. Simple: I knew the cops, and I fucking paid them off. Paid them more than they could ever make arresting me. And with 6 other criminals in the server, they certainly still had work to do. To anyone else, I was being smart somehow and avoiding the cops. Not true, they avoided me. Because oh yes, I get right up there in the dark red most wanted slot. But, I do the smart thing. I pay them to stay away. If they come, I DO NOT fight. No need to shoot them, I have no issue serving 500 seconds in alca, I'll go to the bathroom or something. As long as I make score and profit, I am happy. And with them having others to hunt, they have score and profit as well. It's a win for both sides.

Too many of you do not understand how being a criminal truly works. How often do you see "8 people riding on roof of car seen in downtown LA shooting cops before military helicopter was dispatched to blow them up" in the newspaper? My guess is probably less than 1. Even in the US, with ultra high gun violence, these are rare. And no criminal opens fire willingly if they are sane. Most will RUN. They shoot only as a last resort to avoid the rest of their life in prison. They have no issue doing a month in county for a dime of coke. When it comes down to it, 30 days in a concrete cell is far better than being shot twenty times and bleeding out in the middle of the road while cops swarm you and lights blind you. Going out in a blaze of glory is foolish. Pick your battles, win your wars, but come home alive.

I know ultimately this is nothing more than a video game, but if you want to do GOOD at it, and really win, be the kind of player who uses the systems most effectively. Oh sure, cophunt will get some score, but how much do you lose? The money on weapons? Vehicles? Respect of the server from people who hate being repeatedly shot again and again? Like I said, I gained 210 score in ONE NIGHT, doing robberies, and made over a million bucks...by paying two cops 250k each. So...I made 500k. in one night....doing really easy work. It's all about brains people, start using yours.

Haven't read any comment in these 7 pages long topic, I'd just drop my opinion on this

+1, it should be re-allowed or at least allow one shock after cop or a dynamic system that you're able to shock accordingly how many cops are near you for e.g if there're three cops near you then you'll be able to shock thrice after getting cuffed. (range should be 2x taze I guess)

or disable moving whilist cuffed but allow shock guns

edit: this is not supposed to happen, and is most probably a bug since no one implemented this
