It means you were banned on 2019-04-07 with account name "Seeds" for ammo hacking. By creating a different account to play it counts as 'ban evasion'.

my account on Seeds. banned from ammo hack reason but that's not true i'm not using cheat or ammo hack's i can play and kill some one attack on me without cheat please give me back my account please
