Side notes: Your cop activity is really good but your playing style is completely different than Army's play style. You maybe a ex-member but a lot has changed since you left. Also

-unstable attitude (neither bad nor good, it's different everyday imo)
-very low Leo activity before army app
-half of your reason you're talking about inactivity
-average/bad test - soc and shooting - different play style than army's
Note: I am going with neutral only because you're ex member and I know you're good guy. Work on your shooting. Good luck.
