As you can see, here you can get more skills, learn lagshoot and learn basics of cop and criminal.
This is not big group after all, it's just for help others to learn something about it.

What is this (number) if front of mine name?

-That is how much points you have and the other number is how much cards of car reduction you have.

Statics

Lag shoot

Lag shoot is shooting in front of someone 1-2 inches, depends of his ping. If he goes right you must shoot in front of him if:
Ping - 50+ - 0.7-8 Inch
Ping - 100+ - 1.2.5 Inch
Ping - 200+ - 1.7 Inch
Ping - 500+ - 2,.4-7 Inch
And also as left, i think this helped ya, if you want more info you will see it in game.

Lag pit

Lag pit is driving in front of someone about 1-2 inches, same as lag shoot but this is more driving. It damages suspect's car without ramming him with car, so you just go in front of him and you don't even damage your car, what's good.

Suspect is locked in bike as passager

This is tricky situantion, there is some ways to kill the suspect like that. Get on the bike and punch him fith legs and he will slowly lose his health and he will die or use mp5 in close range and kill him or use melee weapons and chaisaw.

Suspect is locked in car as passager

Get close the car, the suspect and use mp5 to kill him, it always works .

Suspect is cuffed in car and he won't /breakcuffs

This is tricky to, if he is near lspd ramm him vehicle to detain chechpoint so he will get in jail.

Warning Sytem

If is player's rank "Learner":

1. Gets warning and red name on member list for 1 day.
2. Gets kicked.

If is player's rank "Trainer":

1. Gets warning and red name on member list for 1 day.
2. Gets another warning, red name on member list for 3 days and can even get kicked.
3. Gets kicked

If is player's rank "Well-Trained":

1. Gets warning and red name on member list for 1 day.
2. Gets another warning and red name on member list for 3 days.
3. Gets demoted to "Learner" with 3 days red name on member list.
4. Gets kicked.

Note: If you are kicked you lose all of your points and cards of car reduction!

Point Sytem

Points are rewards for doing something good, helping, activity and more.
Points can be used for repay from cash, we take your points and you get money for it.
You can get points from:
Seen at duel event- 3 Points
Win at duel event - 10 Points
Seen in training event - 1 Point
Winner at training event - 3 Points more then only seen
Helping others - 2 Points
Good work - 3 Points
Reporting someone rule break (must be valid) - 3 Points [/color]

1 Point - 20k
Note that point repays can be doing only at weekends.
