Suggestion headline: Allow TOs and WOs to conduct faction tests in a virtual world.
Importance of suggestion: 7/10
Why should it be accepted: Testing applicants for both SWAT and Army has become a burden as testers cannot conduct faction tests without at least being interrupted (and thus delayed) more than once. The suggestion calls for testers to be able to conduct faction tests in a virtual environment in the absence of any potential disruptors. This way not only can tests become far more reliable and depict the true image of an applicant's skills due to the creation of an environment where maximum performance is encouraged, but they can also become far more time-efficient.

I am aware a similar suggestion has been previously denied over fears the feature would be abused but any abuse of the feature would probably be an isolated incident that would be dealt with accordingly. Also, people not trusted to use server features sensibly should not be appointed TOs/WOs in the first place.

Let me know what you think.

I'm positive with this suggestion, since some players (even after verbal warnings) keep interrupting/blocking tests. I've had many of these players come to me. I chose not to report them and just let it slide, because there were enough admins or mods online that would help in this situation, even though the staff won't be able to handle it everytime. Even though they are able to handle it, but not everytime, I still choose to be able to make my own virtual world in the server. It's much efficienter and less time-consuming (if the mentioned situations appear).

+1
This feature will be great and i think we should add this feature. As of today, I was playing in army skin and there were 2 cops with me and Faraon was testing someone as we didn't know we started shooting at them and somehow Faraon got killed and im pretty sure he was mad at us for that. Its really annoying when shit like that happens.

Why only faction testers do group testers have no importance at all ??
Having a virtual world for testers and applicants can cause a lot of problems if group testers have to go through disrupts faction testers/applicants must go through the same not everything should be easy

Does a group test SOC? That's where the main problem is, Cops interrupt the whole SOC test and either kill or arrest the WO or TO and then apologise afterwards even though they were told to stop several times before. The only groups who should be testing SOC are C.R.A.S.H. and LSPDU. LSPDU has stopped taking tests while C.R.A.S.H. is not functional at the moment so that makes Factions the priority.

+1 on the suggestion, that would make it easier for the Training Officers and Warrant Officers to conduct tests in a peaceful environment plus factions have strict rules, they could add a rule regarding abuse of the virtual world even though I highly doubt that anyone would abuse it since factions are supposed to catch/kill criminals and they won't find any in the virtual world.

Would you rather have it for Rules? Driving isn't that big of a problem because no one is dumb enough to follow you and do the stunts plus group driving test isn't even that hard. As far as the duelling is concerned, you have the FightClub for a reason. If you're only suggesting it for the M4 part then that hardly takes 2-3 mins too.

You guys test applicants in a area where there are more number of leos and can be interrupted easily rather go to a far location maybe virtual world for testers dosent seem right though it is good on the testers side aren't disrupts normal just you need to tackle them

I've never seen anyone conduct a test in Pershing Square. Most of the tests are either conducted at Rodeo, Jefferson or Ocean Docks and none of them always have LEOs. LEOs just follow the orange/red map marker and charge in without even noticing what's going on.

I'd like to point out for faction tests I've watched countless amounts of players purposely interrupting tests, and annoying the testers by arresting/shooting at them
(Even for group tests I've seen people constantly bothering the testers during the tests)

This suggestion is very good and would also avoid the issues as we have today, though the driving test would be quite different as the player being tested wouldnt go through as many hurdles as they would in the real world (such as the random car spawns, people driving etc)

I am positive on this suggestion
