Where does the bug appear: Server.
When did the bug appear: Today.
Describe the bug: Cops can taze criminals three times in a row while criminals can only shock cops 2 times.
Frequency: Always.
Severity: Major
Steps to reproduce:

Be a criminal and shock a cop, you will only be able to shock him twice.

There was plenty of time between the tazes for the taser to gain a. It of charge.
