Where does the bug appear: server
When did the bug appear: I noticed it yesterday.
Describe the bug: When you /q whilist being in the interior and upon re-joining you'd get auto-jail for Jail evasion.
Frequency: always
Severity: major
Steps to reproduce: Be in the interior, leave and re-join. (I believe it has something to do with interiors map location, for example Blackouts Garage is mapped at LSA so If there's any cop in LSA and I leave whilist being in the interior and re-join, I'd get auto jail)
