Describe the bug: When I try to enter luxury house vehicle I get message "[Luxury Houses] This vehicle is only usable by owners of Luxury House." and I do own a luxury house.
Also, first time I faced this bug, I entered luxury house (not my own) and I was able to drive all luxury vehicles (and that's why so many people drive luxury cars after v9). 2nd time I faced this bug, I again entered random luxury house and couldn't enter vehicles. Then I entered my own house and I could enter vehicles

Severity: blocker
Steps to reproduce: own a luxury house > try to take car > do what I mentioned above
Also, once you do this trick with entering house, you're able to take any luxury vehicle until next death, then you have to enter house once again and so on.
