This is unfortunately not happening. It would create too many headaches, lead to more rulebreaks, and make it feel pointless to genuinely grind for the faction you want to join. Players would likely lose interest sooner or later, and it would defeat the purpose of the application process.

Players can always apply once they meet the requirements, as this gives them something to work toward and makes the process more rewarding, rather than making everything too easy.
