Name: Hanabiey
Suggestion(s): Tempt rights for both factions
Why would it be useful:

Following the successful implementation of the Unit L26 Program, I think we should open Temporary Rights Applications every 2–3 months at the end of the month (1 week).

Rules for Temporary Rights Applications
  • Rank required: Private First Class and above
  • Applicants are required to read and fully understand all rules and FAQs for both factions prior to submitting an application.
  • If you apply for Temporary Rights, the High Command of both factions will review and decide whether your application is approved.
If Your Application Is Accepted:
  • You will be granted 1 week of Temporary Rights in the requested faction (SWAT or Army).
  • For example, if you are currently in Army and are accepted for SWAT Temporary Rights, your Army rights will be revoked immediately for the duration of the 1-week SWAT trial period.
  • After the 1-week temporary period ends, your SWAT Temporary Rights will be removed and your original Army rank and rights will be restored.
  • If you are found breaking faction rules during the temporary period, your Temporary Rights may be revoked immediately, your original rank and rights will be restored, and you will be blacklisted from applying for the next Temporary Rights Application.
Please ensure that all faction rules are followed throughout the trial period.

Additional comments:

I think it's a good opportunity because it allows us to try something new and gain experience with different skills and tactics.

+1 Support. Great way for members to gain experience in both factions without making a permanent switch. The 1-week limit and application review process keep it balanced while giving players an opportunity to learn new tactics and improve their skills

I respect the idea but I believe factions got enough members in them and its really easy to apply, i think it would ruin the system for criminal activity, everyone is currently playing LEOs if not for group turfs.

It's basically the same as the Unit L26 program. It's only available for a limited time and comes with certain restrictions. It's entirely up to you. You're not supposed to stay in the Army/SWAT skin for the whole week, lmao. It's basically a tryout period for people who want to try something different.

Only if it’s restricted to a maximum of 300 faction score or something similar otherwise I don’t think every player should have access to this opportunity.

It should only be available to new players or players who genuinely haven’t had the chance to try both factions before.

yeah i understand, still i believe most players tried the other faction, for now it won't help, my opinion though I am up to hear others.

The purpose of the Temporary Rights Application is not primarily for new players. While it may sound like a good opportunity for them, our faction rules are quite strict, and giving temporary rights to inexperienced players could create more negative impacts than benefits.

This program is intended for experienced members who want to try something different. For example, an Army player who is used to focusing on kills may want to experience SWAT gameplay, such as dragging and arresting suspects. If they find that SWAT is not suitable for them, they can simply return to Army after their temporary period ends. On the other hand, if they enjoy the different playstyle and realize they perform better in SWAT, they can consider transferring factions.

To prevent abuse, the requirements should remain strict. Requiring applicants to be at least Private First Class (PFC) or above is a reasonable requirement, as it ensures applicants already have sufficient experience and understanding of faction rules. This also prevents players from joining solely to use another faction's skin or temporary privileges.
