Actually in suggestions the support of the members is not really an aspect, half of the denied suggestions were supported by whole the team.

We worked hard enough to forge this idea, and we've put it in the suggestions section so we can have a democratic verdict.

Yeah, I really do agree with this. EXACTLY.

I mean, PVTs that are really new to yhe team, should have some application first. In my own experience, Its really frustrating to create mistakes, especially when the surrounding people are so serious, does'nt take th fact that they are in the first freagin hours into consideration, and expecting you to be PERFECT already, and if you create a single and slight mistake which is caused by lack of experience, they freagin condem you already, report you and, Congratulations, PVT, You got an X.
