(1) Training system's creation reason

Recently there were many complaints and uncertainties regarding many players in LS-RCR about applying for the old good "bad-ass" faction of LS-RCR, the SWAT team. These players that were thinking of applying for the SWAT team are having uncertainties, counter-ideas regarding posting an application for the SWAT team, because of reasons. Many of our acquaintances in LS-RCR see that the SWAT team lacks skills and prowess, and that the members are very inexperienced and very selfish/annoying. Also that they make a bad representation of the SWAT team. And by saying members, we refer to the new ones, a.k.a: Privates. Many officers of the SWAT team think about leaving it and some already have left it so we need to solve this issue in order to represent the SWAT team with perfection, and prowess, so the SWAT team can shine again like stars. The Privates think selfishly and play only to earn score and achieve achievements and challenges. They lack prowess in their way of playing and some already suck at their attitude. It doesn't mean that they have passed the test that they fully deserve the SWAT rights.

So finally, we, Boone and Hashish, thought together and mainly forged this new idea called "Privates Training System".

(2) What IS the training system?

The training system's idea is very simple. It consists of three training phases, to improve and enhance the Privates' knowledge and abilities, also to teach them new tactics, to be professional more likely to say. So there are as mentioned Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3. Each phase will be done in a day, once the three phases are passed, the Privates who passed them are free to patrol and team with the other SWAT officers normally. So, we need to get more detailed in order for you to comprehend smoothly. Let's talk about the phases in the next inclusion below.

(3) Training Phases

So these are the three training phases that the Privates will witness during their first three days as a SWAT Private:

Phase 1: Application on generalized SWAT/server rules. Enforcement on the attitude, self-control and acting maturely. Will be organized cleanly and will strictly be told to the new SWAT Private(s).

Phase 2: Tactics enhancement, teaching the new Privates tricks and tactics they may have never learned before during their playtime, like P.I.T maneuver (Precision Immobilization Technique) used by worldwide known police officers, it's a pursuit tactic by which a pursuing car can force a fleeing car to abruptly turn sideways, causing the suspect's car to be stopped/severely damaged.

Phase 3: Teaming rules, teaching the Privates not to be childish and care about representing SWAT more than selfish desires such as promotions/ranks/challenges/achievements and other selfish desires, especially score hunting. Also to respect the other team members and fix any ruined relations between each others. SWAT team is... a team. A team without unity will be dismembered.

Warrant Officers won't train the Privates. The training officers that will take care of this will be shown in the final inclusion below.

(4) Training Officers

The training officers will start from the rank of Corporal, to First Sergeant. Of course, even the new Warrant Officers require training, so yes those who will be chosen from those ranks to train the Privates will require a training schedule and a system to follow. The Warrant Officers, between themselves, are going to organize more details regarding the training phases, just as I mentioned above. They will also train the hand-picked officers from the ranks of Corporal to First Sergeant as I mentioned, so it can be standard and perfect.

I hope all those thoughts and ideas are worth something, Boone and i thought long to create this and it's all made purely for the SWAT team's good and perfection infront of the whole server. We want a perfect organized united SWAT team that has a good reputation among everyone.

I know this system's big and will require a bit more work than the usual, and it'll take lots of effort. But it's worth it. The harder and the more efficient we work, the better the SWAT team will be.

Actually in suggestions the support of the members is not really an aspect, half of the denied suggestions were supported by whole the team.
