Army - Pagati Agreement

I've noticed many Pagati members going far from any roleplay and only cophunting in Pagati skin with drugs and sawnoffs. If that what Pagati is all about, then I'll be happy to remove the agreement.

Back in 2013, Pagaties were a peaceful faction that oriented on roleplay and army members often disturbed their roleplay/hits by arresting or killing them. These days, the faction seems to be oriented more on copkilling and teaming as many wanteds than performing any actual roleplay.

As for the part of Pagati Underboss/Don or any Pagati rank not being able to fit the army ranks, this was simply set up by certain leaders, and how I see it, it's unecessary and rather too restrictive. SWAT had it removed without any mutual agreements.
