Army - Pagati Agreement

Suggestion(s): Remove the Army Pagati Agreement (or allow us to arrest them or disallow them from hitting us)
Why would it be useful: Lately many players are breaking this agreement and in my opinion, it needs to be changed.
Additional comments: As we all know, many noobs are gona give -1 to this as they are in pagati, doing shit all day long... just annoying other Army members by random hitting us for what ? nothing...

Lets list what pagati can do :

1) Pagati can kill us for hit
2) Pagati can kill us if they are wanted
3) Pagati's can hit us for what reason ? god knows... mostly as a backup thing which they call this...
4) Pagati can hit us if they are wanted in order to kill

Now lets list what Army can do :

1) Army can kill pagati if they are wanted
2) Army can kill pagati if we have hit

What else ? we can't do shit...

What we should be allowed to do and/or what they should not be allowed to do :

1) Pagati can NOT hit us in order to do that shitty backup thing
2) Army should be allowed to arrest Pagati members

In my opinion, it was an useless agreement from the first, remove it.

To be honest, I never liked the agreement with Pagati. As you see in the report section, There are many members who broke the agreement by arresting Pagaties. I did twice in my career, but the Generals didn't punish me for that. Also, I have seen some Pagaties who robbed the Army members too.

I am still on my word, the agreement has nothing for Army (Except they cannot rob us *Let em rob*) and I request to be removed.

This agreement brings back the relations between army and pagati when was pretty much old and later it was ignored/removed, then we happened to have a good general with a good don, then we made the agreement, the agreement sides are fine to me, especially because Pagati members can be any rank in army, and I don't mind about adding/removing the other points in the agreement as long as the point that I mentioned earlier is still there.

Yes you're right, but this agreement only benefits one faction, not both.

Do you really think its fair when you just do /hit to an Army member just because he's attacking your fellow Pagati member(s) who are wanted ? If you really think its fair, then we should also be given a command something like /makewanted id, so we could give you guys wanted level for no reason the same way as we get hit from you guys for no reason. Also, Joe was the one who created this shitty rule that Pagati members can Not be in any other faction and I don't understand why it ain't got removed (I only think that Pagati members can be in any faction but won't get promoted to underboss+ ranks if they are in some other faction too...). And if you think that because of the agreement, you guys are getting promoted in both factions, then its the worst thing I've seen, in my opinion, that should be removed...

In my opinion an agreement should be "agreed" by both groups' members. If Army members do not agree with it, I'm behind them.

The agreement is more beneficial for the Pagati, I did get hit just because of chasing hitted suspects... kinda unfair.
