Wasn't explained in the suggestion however I never really got into driving bikes in GTA. But I simply don't feel that it should be a rule since if it can be proven to be a constant thing, wouldn't it be bitching?

It my be bitching if it happens a lot times, but lets add a rule for the first time only. Many do it once only, because its hard for them to do it a second time.

But the problem is is that it's a petty incident like saying "ur mum" in mainchat. So to bother an admin with it is kinda pointless if it's just a one time thing.
