Nope, this will cause more problems then I can even express here, more problems = more petty reports and then a loss of players when nothing gets done about it. Besides it will not make any sense considering the black market operates under the table and has people to look out for any police activity, they abandon the spot when any suspicious activity is found much in the same way moonshiners do when they even think there still site got discovered -1
