Handcuffed players shocks [DENIED]

Give criminals some chance to stay alive for longer without getting jailed. I don't agree with this. Network, play as criminal for some time and you'll see how hard it is to survive without getting arrested.

I agree with Joker , let criminals shock any law enforcement agent while he is cuffed because it gives criminal time to break cuffs. Actually you guys never played as a criminal or never done cop hunt so you guys have no idea how hard it is to play as a criminal.

-1, after cuffing a criminal the only way he has to escape after failing to /bc is to /shock and keep moving,and we dont always have cuff kit to escape,even with cuff kit we fail some times.

Did you even come in game since yesterday. If not then just do. Criminals can now run while being cuffed. So imagine this. They are running while being cuffed and then they shock you too. Then 1000 criminals come in his rescue from the back. How is that not buffing criminals up. Dude forget about running, they can frikin drive while being cuffed now.
