Re- Allow to shock cop while Cuffed [DENIED]

The thing I want you to understand that you guys are trying to do both Cops and criminals equal. I am not sure if it's equal or not. But the fact is that cop has one motive to kill/arrest criminal byt criminal have to face all the 3 at the same time i.e(cop/swat/army). Do you still think that criminals need to be equal to the cops? I find it to good to give criminals a slight more advantage than cops because they have to face all 3. And it needs various things to fight all of em(specially when all 3 are teaming).
I have no such problems with updates as I am no longer much active that I used to be. But still it should be fair!
And the suggestion that's suggested is worth it because criminal now don't have any chance to escape except if /bc works.
I am not saying that just nerf cops but trying to explain whatever comes should be fair for both sides.

And about stats things you said I would say my stats show I am mostly active as criminal. And I am supporting them because of it. You may consider it same as the one I mentioned but honestly I know how I vote. And I have seem tons of suggestions of nerf shocks and I know such people who votes in these suggestions. But yeah I can't say them being unfair as who don't want comforts even me.

Let's see how good it goes and do it affect criminal class.

Criminals are nerfed too much that now even the majority i.e., pinoys, egyptians and pakis who were usually playing as criminals are now playing as cops so the ratio of crimes to leos has gone way too low now.

Due to this, majority of people who were playing as criminals are now either playing as cops or leaving this community and finding another server who give fairness to players not on the basis of friends or listening just one side. You can check for yourself the majority of players who left were the ones who played as a criminals and due to them, everyone were playing fairly.

This just shows that criminals want easy kills without doing any work and just type /sh and wait to 4 shot (which they can still do). Cops were so much nerfed that even 2 cops couldn't arrest 1 player if he has BM items, now when 1 cop can go against a single wanted with black market items and successfully send him to jail all the criminals stopped playing. We didn't stop playing as a cop when they were nerfed, instead we got used to the new cuff range and features and made ourselves better according to the situation. If the criminal activity is decreasing due to this update, you are just proving you want easy kills, and also want to have every advantage over cops.

You are wrong in every thing which you wanted to say. First of all, we have to invest so much money in everything that includes weapons, bm items, drugs etc. While leos have got everything at the doorstep. They just move into marker and get everything which they need to tackle criminals. If you say criminals have to buy things to do crime, then leos also have to give money to get those things to tackle because everything has a cost to be made so why not they pay for it.

Also you guys were not used to it because even that time you started suggesting new things that caused criminals to be nerfed. So it didnt took that much time till we had some advantages and got removed every month or 15 days. We know that you will also find more things which criminals do and eventually want to remove it. Crying on everything will not cost us anything but will destroy the server which is hapenning in coming few days. Either revert back to old updates. No bm, no advantage to cops and everything will be normal. Developers have to think from both sides and not just implement everything if votes are high on the suggestion but also think of the consequences of it. Player base on many servers are high because they have balance in every aspect.

I agree. I was also skeptical about shocking whilst cuffed, but after seeing this update i see by how much more OP cops have got. I like balancing taze and shock but in my opinion this is too much, it will affect a LOT on criminal activity as well.

I think it should be reverted back as how it was, even if you are alone against multiple criminals you can arrest them much more easily than before and i can imagine when you team up with multiple LEOs how much easier it can get.

No one has any problem in reverting to old update. Just so you know before cops cuff range was same as current swat's cuff range, army too. We had unlimited tazes (no recharge), criminals had 6 shocks maximum, and there was no counter to swat bomb. If you want that, I have no problem, and no one has any problem

No one has any problem in reverting to old update. Just so you know before cops cuff range was same as current swat's cuff range, army too. We had unlimited fixes and we were able to tackle u guys with 6 shocks too so we need everything to be reverted back to old setup. In groups, We had free weapons too. We had free drugs. But when we started doing cophunt on a car, you guys started complaining. Also swat had swat bomb which caused many problems and so the suggestions story started coming up one way then another. We want developers to think from criminals and leos side. Take 1 person from criminals side( i will say take dollarman) and 1 guy from leos side as i dont know who is better in defending his side and a neutral admin who would listen from both sides and give his outcome.

Nobody complained when you all used to do car cophunts, we had a swat bomb (old), which ironically you all complained even after having BM and jsb, and still do, but anyway if you really want to revert I'm pretty sure no one from leo's side would disagree, but I also am pretty sure they won't just remove full black market which they invested hours to add in

You guys are so afraid of changes made because you all are "comfortable" being in the "Overpowered" area. Mainly criminals being so overpowered and with additional things such as Shocks, Taze Reflectors, SWAT Bomb Jammer, etc, the gameplay is just overpowered to the criminal side and it's so dumb that it actually changes the identity of the server almost completely. You guys, are against what the community SHOULD BE, and chose to 'team up' and agreed on reverting back the overpowered things that you're comfortable in. This leads to chains of event, if one side (criminals) got some 'buffs' such as Black Market, the LEOs will of course automatically wants the same 'buff' to balance it out. And then the LEOs got 'buffed' and the criminal wants even MORE buffs. This bullshit chain of events is dumb. Everything is.

In my opinion, suck it up. Accept the changes, it doesn't hurt to see something new. It never hurts to try new strategies with the new updates. It's not the end of your life. I'm pretty sure you guys would get used to it in no time. Stop whining and play the damn game. Don't like the update? Go away, leave the server. Find some Deathmatch server if you want to go killing people. All i want is a balanced gameplay, far from "overpowered" sides, and bring back the LSRCR true meaning and community.

He's right guys, just accept the updates and play the game. And to be honest I find it more boring to kill and shock everytime and to succeed everytime instead of taking some risks in game.

The exact reason why these players shouldn't be listened to, in a single rant. They fear change. These same people are the ones who constantly, without fail, go after new players who look to become regulars, because new players upsets what they are used to. It's about selfishness. They only care about what they want, and no one else matters. Problem is this attitude alienates others outside their group, and soon it will be 4-5 people in the server, while everyone else has moved on to get away from their toxic bullshit.And heaven forbid a new player suggest something to improve the server. I made that mistake, and they now find every excuse to hunt my ass down hoping to chase me out of their safe space. One them even made the comment "If I could donate for your ban I would because new players don't belong here.".

I say close this thread and ignore these people. The LEOs need to be effective at the very least, and these people are so OP that we are left with every professional LEO being SWAT/Army, whom they are trying to cut down by suggesting removal of the SWAT Bomb, and the only LSPD officers being under 100 score noobs from Russia/Egypt who speak no english and shoot everything that moves.

If you really want us to cope up with the updates, then ask leos side to do the same when updates are in our favour. Stop giving useless statements that we should change with the updates. How can we do it when we know that these are not balanced at all?? You guys keep on countering leos coz you play that skin and when you guys dont find that much of criminals so we can just hear cries that "need criminals" . Just make a conversation between a guy from criminal side and a leo side and a neutral admin or developer who would listen both sides and give his opinion in form of update.
