Personally, I think that Win8 is a gimmick.

The only way you would find windows 8 useful is if you were new to computers. DX12 isn't all its made out to be, and the metro UI is absolutely garbage, unless you have a tablet, also pointless. I would still be on XP Pro (64-bit obv, no one wants to only have 3.5GB RAM) if it wasn't for the super bar, or DX11. (need dat shiet for dual graphics, so kind of forced into it)

I had windows 8 a few months before it was released, I installed it, thought the logon screen looked cool, but then i took out the disc and snapped it. Really, if you want any full usability, don't even bother.
