the drugs and injections are used to heal players but if a criminal/LEO use them in combat
can he aim while his screen is moving and turning around ?
no , he will get shot instead of shooting what makes it more easier for the opponent to kill him.
so this is more likely the drugs/injections will help you in getting killed.

but they can make the beer and other stuff like these make you drunk...
as it doesn't affect you in combat since you don't drink /beer or other stuff while in combat.
