Happens to me all the time even though I bought the game and didnt use mods while it happened

Been looking around online and it seems to only happen in SAMP where a random sound (Walking, car engine, chainsaw) gets replaced with a fucked up pedestrian screaming sound.


However I can't post any of the links because all have other SAMP names in them. Just google "Crying baby sound GTA SA"

I think the word you're looking for is "distorted" pedestrian sound files and yeah the sound to me isn't scary it's just ear piercingly annoying. Also taking into consideration that it legit is louder then your music or anything else that makes sound. if the volume on your computer is loud enough it can make you go deaf for a few seconds. XD

If it happens try deleting the sound files and re-adding them it may work or not but it's worth a shot.
