Who dealt with this fucking bug.

It only happened when I entered a car and it started for me when I used that fucking clucking bell ped.

Side note: GTA SA had no mods.
(Except SAMP)

Legit someone gave me my version of GTA SA over an internet storage site so it must be pirited. (Only had the issue in SAMP though when I played)

I avoided cars for a time because of that bug. I even tried deleting sounds from GTA but accidentally deleted all the peds except for the trucker and CJ. So I had to reinstall GTA SA cause SAMP crashed and wouldn't execute after that LOL (deleted more than peds I believe)
