No not at all, my laptop itself is completely clean and running at it's best.

have you tried doing it on a different computer?

idk if this helps also have you tried formatting it using windows partition manager?

(rally3 is right with linux)

if windows cant do it linux probably can

(i used Ubuntu to format a harddrive that was locked up (windows wouldnt let it get deleted)
