This has now been implemented and is currently on the beta server. Perhaps needs to be adjusted a bit though.

Basically players now get auto-frozen for two seconds if they c-bug with deagle only. They also get a message in the main chat stating it is against the rules.

It will be pushed along with a couple of other updates sooner or later.

It was never allowed, it was just a poorly poorly enforced rule that everyone broke.

Sniper c-bug is allowed. The auto-freeze is for deagle only.

It has been tested and it works flawlessly. Server detects what weapon you are holding so that won't be an issue definitely.

This suggestion should be locked as it's already LIVE in the main server.
