As for making q abuse rules stricter, I think it's fine the way it is now. When you leave the server after being tazed/cuffed and then rejoin within 30 minutes , you get auto-jailed. Maybe an auto-warning if player gets auto-jailed more than twice?

However that doesn't happen if a LEO hasn't used any commands on you. That might change if we implement Mason's suggestion, but not sure if Devs have the time to do that for now.
I dont know man, people just /q before we can even taze and cuff them. We need it now more than ever. Lots and lots of players are quitting the game this way and avoiding jail. You play as a LEO, you know what I am talking about.
We will try to impement this, but as I said Devs are pretty busy nowadays so it might take some time unfortunately.
