Greezie buy a new DVI cable. Don't use any converter to connect the DVI cable on your GPU/monitor. Plug it in directly.

Just to be sure, can you post a picture of the back of your computer as it is right now (with all the cables still plugged in and everything)?

No, both sides of it must be the same. The picture shows that the cable is DVI-VGA.
You need something like this:

your monitor supports dvi ?

First of all don't straight buy the cable make sure if your -
Monitor supports DVI-I or DVI-D
GPU supports DVI-I or DVI-D

And keep in mind you can plug DVI-I male to DVI-D female but not vice versa.

There is not really big difference between DVI-I or DVI-D just DVI-D supports bigger resolution while DVI-I supports only 1920x1080 max.

And there we go you have to decide whether buy DVI-I or DVI-D - I suggest you to buy DVI-I cheaper and fits to every DVI slot even dual link.
Besides that if your monitor is older and got VGA then just buy VGA to DVI-I cable that means you plug VGA to monitor and DVI-I to videocard.

I had received an email today from the person who I purchased the GPU from, He said, "He has had it tested by a specialist and there isn't any faulty with it and it's working perfectly on his screen monitor. He told me to buy new VGA/DVI cables and try it again. So does anyone have any solutions?
