-1 the only with this it's for the wrong thing
this should for hit evading that's annoying
swats are annoying with all the tazing because one all ready tazed u the does still taze you fair actually fair this way so people be able to /q & /bc to even the odds so i say no

What? There is a rule already about hit evading .. you should read what the suggestion is.
