Army Sky Guardian Ribbon,

etc..

Why would it be useful: Work for another ribbon will be more fun.

The players who have already achieved will keep the ribbon and the rest have to do the "new ribbon" along with others in order to achieve Rebellion Ribbon. But I guess we already got all the kills ribbon listed, there hardly gonna be new ones which includes killing.
