Suggestion(s): A ribbon named as "Army Rebellion Ribbon" which you can claim AFTER you've earned all the ribbons which includes ribbons of killing with the weapons/vehicles, i.e: Why would it be useful: Work for another ribbon will be more fun.

What if someone archives this ribbon and then new ribbon comes out?

The players who have already achieved will keep the ribbon and the rest have to do the "new ribbon" along with others in order to achieve Rebellion Ribbon. But I guess we already got all the kills ribbon listed, there hardly gonna be new ones which includes killing.
