Hi everyone,

It looks like there has been some confusion and a state of uncertainty regarding c-bug within the community, therefore we would like to make an official statement in order to erase any doubts.

C-bug has always been against the Ls-rcr rules, but not so long ago we stopped taking action when it came to cancelling the animation whilst using the sniper, mainly because it did not give as much advantage, unlike deagle. However, this will now change.

!
Players are no longer allowed to cancel crouching animation when firing with any weapon by pressing C right after pulling the trigger. That includes doing it only once and not continuously.
!
This does not apply when one shoots with either deagle or sniper and then crouches, though. That is perfectly fine. The issue is when crouching animation is being cancelled.

Here are some videos as a reference:

Deagle:

This is allowed:

This however, is not allowed:

Sniper:

This however, is not allowed:

Note: Occasionally players mis-switch and end up c-bugging unintentionally, so when you see someone doing so please do not report instantly unless you know the player has done it on purpose and/or is not the first time they are doing it. However, anyone caught abusing this by claiming it was an accident will be strictly punished. There is room for some errors, but after some point it becomes clear enough. Failing to get rid of the habit of doing that will also result in a punishment.

We hope you understand,
Ls-rcr Administration Team.
