Why should it be accepted: Type how much you want here to explain your thought: I think we should impose fines on people who spam,scam,do bitching(cops usually shoot cars on their bikes for no reason,for example) and also deathmatching(heliblading white civilians - this might be controversial because most happen accidentally though) and also people who park their cars on civilians to kill them. Cops who cuff abuse for example as well. Players should be fined on the severity of their offense.Fines should range from lets,say,$1000-$10000 for example(although Admins may decide this themselves) plus the players should then be forced to answer the Quiz as punishment. The money imposed could depend also on player's money in the bank account(like we have the new health insurance thing from $200-$2000)

A little harsh but it will be worth I feel.Thoughts?

So if adding a fine system means admins are not supposed to punish the players soo i can easily dm a player get fined for 2k and steal 250k or 25k as new economy wouldn't that be fine? Im talking in general

-1. Fines are an easy way out, what makes you think that they won't do it again once they've been fined? The current Administration Team is doing a great job punishing people by adding official warnings to their names and temporarily banning once the limit exceeds. I don't think it can get any better than this.

But if I even try to consider your idea once, it would be possible only if fine sticks with admin warn. Like if admin gave a warn, warning will be added alongside a fine of 10k something.
