Why do you need to use Terrorists Roof Access Checkpoint? It doesn't take you to the interior world, use helicopter.

Other terrorists wanted members can abuse it, i chased one once and he was able to access it while being wanted but i couldnt.

For blackouts, everyone can enter garage and access roof, for now.
Apply the FC rule and report whoever abuses it. Same goes for lspd checkpoints and any checkpoints that give A player advantage over B player.

Players can now enter the checkpoint whether they are a member of the group or not. It was intended like that so I wouldn't exactly call it a bug, but since it gives a clear advantage we have changed it.
