I am selling a house in El Corona for a reasonable price; no more, no less than this, for a limited time only. The details can be found below:

- Price: 3m / 3DPs / 30JCs
- Car spawn near, 5 seconds max. by walk
- LSA near, 15 seconds max. by walk
- Good location, crowded place (many houses nearby, owned by big names of Ls-rcr)
- Good exterior, good interior (normal)
- Easy-for-profit (Price can go up to 4M, but I'm in need of money for personal reasons)
