Where does the bug appear: server
When did the bug appear: not sure
Describe the bug: when swat cuffs you and you are automatically uncuffed it says you have been cuffed for 20 seconds but it's actually 30. cop cuffs last 20 seconds btw
Frequency: always
Severity: minor
Steps to reproduce: get cuffed by swat, count time out loud 1 by 1 second until you're not cuffed anymore

Update 2018-11-08 Version 8.2.11:
- Cop / Army uncuff timer has been decreased down to 20 seconds for non-wanteds.

SWAT cuffs are meant to expire after 30 seconds. The message you get is a typo and will be fixed. Thanks for the report.
