Reason: Hello, this application is indeed an unexpected one, but i have been thinking of applying for Blackouts for a long period, my friends have also encouraged me to go and apply today. So, this is me Grand applying for blackouts. Basically, after the new great updates and location the base had, i'm completely excited to be a member. it'll be a great chance to have some fun with my friends by cop-hunting, chilling..etcetera in this awesome updated group.

Thank you for submitting an application to Blackouts. Your application is deemed correct, but before staff team can either accept or deny you, you need to pass the rules & server related general knowledge part. The rules part consists out a total of 10 questions, two questions are server related, and the other eight are group related. As for the general knowledge part, this part consists out of a total of 5 questions. You may only have one question incorrect from each part, otherwise you will fail and be denied. A maximum of five days is given to take the test, if you do not take the test in five days, you will be denied.

You can request any of the following Testers to take your in-game test. Keep in mind, Spamming their PM(s) will lead to auto-denial to your application.
