Teleporting outside the alca while going to alcatraz's yard

Where does the bug appear: (server)
When did the bug appear: Yesterday or maybe day before yesterday; and I am posting it today because I lost the screenshot but then I recovered it today from my backups.
Describe the bug:
- I was in alcatraz so I decided to go to the alcatraz yard, and when I got into that yellow pointer to enter the yard, a command appeared on my screen 'Error: Failed to ensure successful teleport for entrance...' while the 'Prison Time' was still there in my screen(it is visible in the screenshot), while I was outside the alca already. Even my location got changed from alcatraz or alcatraz yard to Los Santos.
Frequency: (rare)As I've never noticed it before.
Severity: (minor)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Become highly wanted(Red) or Most wanted(Dark Red) and get yourself arrested.
2. As soon as you reach alcatraz, try to enter the alcatraz yard.
3. Then there are two possibilities, either you'll be teleported to the alcatraz's yard successfully or you'll be tp'ed outside the fences with the 'Prison time' still showing on your screen(at top right side ofc) but you are free to go anywhere.
