Can we make custom permanent apartments?

Importance of suggestion: 1/10 7, would bring in some profit for the server and let us have some nice things.
Why should it be accepted: So I've had my luxury apartment for a month now and while I love it, I find it's very bare bones and for 6 dps a month it's great, but the constant payment and what we get seems like a temporary perk, and it would be nice to be offered an upgrade.

First, we should be able to pay a flat fee (30-50 dollars) to forever own a luxury apartment. One payment and it's done, rather than 6 dollars a month for however long LSRCR lives. I heard a rumor this exists already, but I've never tracked down a real price or anything saying it's real.

Second, if we do permanently own these apartments, we should get a few more perks, based on the idea we're never leaving it. I'll number these for ease...
1: ability to submit a custom map. The menu to add items is an amazing addition, but it's REALLY limited if you know anything about mapping. I would LOVE to be able to map my apartment the way I originally wanted with interactive items, custom textures, and so on. Now clearly there would have to be a rule about object number and no placing objects outside the apartment you own, but still a great feature for those paying real money.
2: instead of the "store drugs/money" feature, permanent apartments would still store money, but have a menu option to buy drugs, weapons, and items from our apartment kind of how groups and those with VIP packet have.
3: The Luxury cars parked at apartments are nice, but it's just a few cars added with nothing special. Permanent apartments should be able to tow our vehicles just like we do at a car dealer.
4: Place an ATM at the entrance to withdraw money from our bank accounts.
5: both apartment towers have good roofs to place a spawn for towing helicopters, or add helicopters to the top for us to use

These would be, as I said, permanent apartments, meaning you don't lose them but you also can't sell them. Once you buy one you own it forever (unless you're offline for like a year or something, then if space is needed for people to buy apartments staff can decide to auction it off or delete it) and you cannot sell or rent it. It's kind of an upfront "how much do I really want to pay?" kind of idea. 6 dps a month for basic features (which is 30 dollars for 6 months) or 30 dollars once for premium features. And if there really is already a way to permanently purchase an apartment (again, I heard a rumor of it but never was able to confirm it) then only consider the second point about upgrading the apartments.

We could possibly make it so players have an option to purchase one permanently, sure, but the price will increase a tad. Will be discussed, thank you.

I assume this was discussed amongst the managing team before but we haven't had a concrete response yet.

However, I'll go with a Positive. It's annoying you've to renew the rent every other month, so a permanent option with a fair price would do.

Not quite sure about the custom/mapping it.

I think we definitely are open to considering permanent apartments. We're still considering the idea, and as of now, no apartment owners has been charged for rent except for their first month. We will start charging, but personally I am not opposed to permanent apartments for a higher price.

I don't really have too much of an opinion on that right now, would be good if other people could share their opinions.
