Why should it be accepted: I've been seeing this more and more lately, but new players (usually under 10 score) get into the train at Union Station, drive it up a ways and block the crossing from Idlewood to LSA, or up into the blackmarket area. Blocking off key roads is bad, but more of the time they /lock the train then log out, making it IMPOSSIBLE for us to move it. I've had to move the train so many times, and a few times I've had to have staff reset it. I think a better solution to this growing issue, since it's happening more often, is to set a score limit of 1000+ to drive the train.

Just as a newbie can block the road, player over 1000 score can do it too. This is not the solution. I did experience train blocking the road, but not that often to cause huge problems. You can always turn left/right and end on road you wanted to drive on. -1

I would expect a player with 1000+ score, or even 500+ score, to know better than to do it. It can seen as bitching/community annoyance. So at 1000+ score, you know better.

I am going to agree with him. As many people are just using train to block some main roads in samp. It's annyoing really...

Most is explained by Karu already. The train is often misused for annoyance purposes and more often than not requires staff intervention to remove the obstruction (as in most instances perpetrators lock the vehicle). We can easily prevent the misuse of it by making it a tagged member privilege, that way ensuring the train is used in a sensible manner. Similar to the current restrictions on the tow truck.

if I would like to drive the train how would I be able to do so? i enjoy driving the train this is not at all a perfect solution. The best way is to add a score limit or a short respawn timer for the train alone.

I think that making the respawn time shorter is the best solution just like the helicopters in alca they respawn so fast tho.
