Yoshi Shiratori was invited to our HQ as we recieved his application successfully. He performed as follows :

Knowledge of rules - 4/5 He managed to answer 8 out of 10 questions correctly.

Roleplay task - 3/5 The applicant's task was to rob the Montgomerry Pizza shop. Yoshi Shiratori got shot by the cashier and failed the robbery. The applicant's English and replying speed were good but he needs to change his approach towards role-playing. He sees it as writing up a script of an act rather than a way of interacting with other players and the surroundings using the role chosen. He also needs get a proper understanding of Power-gaming. Except for what I said above, he seems to be pretty good at roleplay and definitely has experience.

Extra information : He definitely needs improvement but I think he will improve if he gets the chance to join the family. He might also need to improve a little bit on his childish attitude.
