Suggestion: 3 options.
1: Reduce army VIP cooldown by a minute or 2.
2: Give army VIP pack on spawn.
3: Allow us to take VIP pack only once per spawn (should be a reset on death).
Why would it be useful: We wouldn't have to wait for army VIP pack every time we spawn (sometimes we're dying fast so we'll have to wait at least 3-4 mins in order to take it.)

i agree with that suggestion also and it will be useful really to Members faction Army

The cooldown was significantly lowered. It will be live on server upon next restart.
